Is the fish you send fresh?
Yes all the fish and shell fish products are fresh and suitable for home freezing, however we do have a frozen section, these are the only products which will arrive to you frozen.

How does your fish arrive?
We send all our fish in convenient easy to use packs which are then packed in polystyrene insulated boxes with frozen gel packs. This keeps our fish chilled until you can put it in the fridge on the day of delivery.

Can I choose a specific delivery day?

Where does your fish come from?
We try and buy all our fish from the local day boats which work in and around the Cornish shores. However we do import some fresh fish such as Sushi grade Tuna, Marlin and Sword from Sri Lanka and the Maldives.

How long can I store your fish in my fridge?
All fresh fish arrives to you with a fresh use by date. It should be stored in a refrigerator and used within that date.

How long can I store fish in my freezer?
All our fish can be frozen. Please refer to manufactures guide lines for your particular make and model of freezer. Their manual should specify length of times which fish can safely be stored. If you cannot find this information we recommend no more than 3 months in a freezer which operates below -18°C.

Do you prepare fish so it’s ready to cook?
All our fish arrives to you filleted, cleaned and where ever possible pin boned by one of our experienced filleters. All you have to do is take it out of the packet and cook it. It really is that well prepared.
